THE WORK

Identify project scope and define clear business and system requirements to support successful outcomes.
Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development teams.
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate proposed solutions.
Coordinate and support the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Support change initiatives to enable smooth transitions and user adoption.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Expert proficiency in Finastra Fusion Capital Kondor.
Advanced proficiency in Business Design.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant, related roles or skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.

Advanced Business Case Development experience.
Advanced Value Architecture & Realization knowledge.
