Are you passionate about helping people rebuild their lives and access the support they need? Aquarius offers the perfect environment to put your skills to great use as a Complex Needs Practitioner working within the Rough Sleepers Initiative.
Aquarius is a charity dedicated to helping people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs, and gambling. We are part of ‘One Recovery Buckinghamshire’ (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief, providing integrated support across the county.
We are recruiting a Complex Needs Practitioner to support individuals experiencing rough sleeping and complex needs. Your focus will be on engaging people through a person-centred approach, empowering them to reduce risks, increase resilience, and achieve positive outcomes in housing stability, health, and wellbeing.
Working flexibly across the community, multi-agency partnership settings, and outreach environments, you will manage a caseload including referrals from housing, social care, and health sectors. You will join a caring, multi-disciplinary team delivering tailored psychosocial interventions to support diverse client groups.
