Job Description:

We're looking for a Rapid Implementation PM who will lead accelerated delivery efforts across complex, cross-functional teams. In this role, you'll get to:

  • Serve as a team lead, leveraging your project management expertise to drive rapid execution and delivery of projects
  • Drive deployment integration under compressed timelines
  • Lead strategic planning, implementation, and management of high-visibility project priorities with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement
  • Lead development of artifact templates and processes to speed development, negotiation, and execution of task order proposals
  • Lead by example, filling in as needed to do whatever it takes to ensure rapid execution in a safe and efficient manner
  • Build a rapport with cross-functional teams to proactively predict project needs so that we maintain execution excellence
  • Serve as a mentor for our more junior project managers
  • Ensure scope, cost, schedule, and quality are managed effectively while maintaining customer alignment and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations
  • Translate strategic objectives into tactical implementation plans, managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline
  • 10+ years of leading interdisciplinary project teams and complex projects, preferably with compressed timelines
  • Deep understanding of how Risks, Issues, and Opportunities are identified, tracked, and managed within a program
  • Knowledge of how pricing works (including Cost Plus, T&M, and FFP)
  • Proven ability to communicate status, challenges, and tradeoffs clearly to senior leadership and external partners

  • Experience supporting FAA programs and executing work in the NAS
  • Decisive and adaptive under pressure
  • A dynamic leader who can balance speed with governance

Salary Range: $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
