Department Overview

In the PCR (Professional and Commercial Radio) department we are developing and delivering software used for business and mission critical communications & workflows in MOTOTRBO systems and Safety Reimagined solutions. Our solutions are omnipresent in many verticals important in everyday lives such as healthcare, public safety, transportation, logistics, education, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, retail and many others. Our teams are following modern software development practices like continuous integration/continuous deployment, DevOps, component- and system-level automated testing. We use Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to organize our work ranging from cross-functional teams to portfolio management. As owners, we are responsible for end-to-end software development life-cycle, including: specification and design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance.


Job Description

PCR Gateways team is responsible for the end-to-end software development process for applications and tools that enables Motorola Cloud services for users of PCR systems. These applications are widely used by Motorola's commercial and professional customers.

We are looking for an engineer who will develop and maintain applications for our customers.

  • You will:

    • be a part of strong can-do attitude and goal oriented team, 6-7 people; Agile, 2-week sprints, Jira,

    • be working in a collaboration-oriented organization focused on knowledge sharing,

    • develop products that are locally managed from requirement definition to release,

    • maintain products that are a mixture of on-premise and cloud software,

    • have the possibility to work on different stages of the product lifecycle.


Basic Requirements

  • programming skills in C# (.NET 8.0 framework is a plus)

  • Git

  • good communication skills in English

  • Availability 24 hours per week (minimum).

  • At least one year cooperation

  • Nice to have first experience in commercial projects

  • Availability to work in our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82)
