The Opportunity:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team to support operational planning, scheduling, and implementation of Earned Value best practices. You will be supporting programs performing Value Performance Management and help maintain compliance with applicable government and industry standards. The role is in our Sarasota (FL) office and requires a Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI) and polygraph, in order to fully integrate within team operations supporting our worldwide operationally fielded systems.
In this position, the individual will work in the space domain awareness sector to enable national security missions through creation and delivery of innovative, technology-centric solutions that provide a decisive advantage to our customers. You will be a subject matter expert in planning and scheduling closely working with operations leaders and technical teams to ensure mission success.
Responsibilities:
Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedule that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
- Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on Contract Work Breakdown Structure.
- Advise Project Control and Engineering Team in detailed project planning and scope development for an engineering and Agile software development program.
- Develop achievable master schedule critical path for project, program, and contractual milestones. Perform Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) as needed to show probability of schedule achievability.
- Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
- Ensure contract WBS is properly updated and current.
- Familiarity with methods for integrating subcontractors into the IMS.
- Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
- Process monthly project schedule performance data for reporting.
- Prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas and submit recommendations for corrective actions.
- Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, evaluating earned value management (EVM) performance, establishing, and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
- Actively monitor contract performance metrics to validate the presence of management value by providing independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on schedule analysis.
- Developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program.
- Develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings.
- Develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation.
- Assist with determining the critical path of the program based on schedule progress and established task dependencies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business) and 5+ years of related work experience.
- IMS creation and scheduling experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule and/or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules.
- Experience with re-sequencing of the IMS based upon Government Option Periods and changes.
- Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments.
- Sound knowledge of schedule systems, principles and practices required.
- Working knowledge of MS Project.
- Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and SharePoint).
- Must be able to build and maintain accurate and up-to-date complex Government Contract schedules.
- Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment.

- Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessments.
- Experience on large-scale development projects.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Consistently demonstrates a high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in planning and scheduling, e.g. AACEI-PSP or PMI-SP.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,100 - $124,100
