Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Schedule 8am-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends.

Pay Range

$22.90 - $34.35

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinates Inventory for Gift Shops (Floyd, Polk, Online Store and Uniforms)

  • Enters new merchandise into the ECRS via Inventory maintenance worksheet
  • Purchases Orders for reorders and new merchandise entered into ECRS
  • Receives Worksheets must be completed for all Invoices
  • Credits Memo’s for defective or damaged merchandise
  • Verifies inventory shipped upon receipt from shipping and priced
  • Completes inventory adjustments for damages, shrinkage, and defective merchandise
  • Transfers inventory to Polk from Floyd Gift Shop
  • Completes price and cost changes for reordered items

Manages Online Gift Shop 

  • Adds new items to the online store via ECRS Webcart
  • Uploads photos and product information
  • Manages merchandise reorders to maintain day to day items sold
  • Processes daily online orders for patient and employee deliveries
  • Programs special events through Webcart
  • Develops and creates flyers and banners with PR

Coordinates Uniform and Scrubs for staff to the gift shop

  • Completes purchase orders
  • Completes special orders
  • Maintains inventory in gift shop and gift shop online store
  • Ensures delivery to offsite Floyd locations

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • None Required

Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent from and accredited institute

Experience Required:

  • 2 years customer service or retail experience including POS system operation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • None Required

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Prolonged sitting and/or standing. Frequent walking bending, stooping, pushing, twisting and turning. Occasionally lifts 10 pounds or more of office related equipment or supplies. Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity in reaching, grasping and handling with repetitive use of hands and fingers in operating computer, calculator, telephone, copier, fax and similar office equipment. Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols with normal range of vision and hearing and ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Work-related stress due to volume and time constraints. May require travel by vehicle to alternative locations.
