Cleveland Clinic’s Chief of Staff office is looking to add a Program Manager II to their team of caregivers. This role will support various strategic and clinical programs. As a Program Manager, you will:  

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.  

  • Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures.  

  • Act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff office and outside communities.  

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers in the department.  

  • Participate in budgetary processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, manages and maintains operational systems and activities.
  • Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manages multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocates time to meet completion requirements. Serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Reviews and monitors adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
  • Assists with communication needs for enterprise leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.

Certifications:

  • May be required for specific positions as per policy or regulation.

Complexity of Work:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities.

Work Experience:

  • Three years of experience in systems training, project management.
  • Data analysis in healthcare setting preferred.
  • Experience with Power Point.
  • Offset:  Associate’s degree and five years of experience.
  • Offset:  Master’s degree and two years of experience.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
