Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer consultative services that bridge business needs with system integration solutions. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into effective technology implementations. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping customer journeys, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the technology solutions meet the intended business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving efforts.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
