Job Description Summary
The Project Management Experience Program (PMEP) accelerates the development of early career EPC and project management personnel through intensive training in the areas of technical and leadership skills. This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management in the Hydro Power business.
Job Description
Activities:
- Graduates leave the program with leadership skills necessary to fulfill both customer and business objectives;
- The program, which commences in June, is a two-year program spanning three eight-month rotational assignments;
- Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline;
- Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire;
- This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management in the Hydro Power business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university;
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a maximum of 8 years;
- Ability to complete multi-location rotations, and travel both domestically and / or internationally for up to 8 months per rotation;
- Ability to do field site rotation in LATAM;
- Ability to make 2-year commitment to sponsoring business upon graduation.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience in Power/Energy Industries;
- Experience in contracts;
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience leading projects or teams;
- Construction experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of Industry experience with solid performance;
- Excellent written, oral communication and facilitation skills;
