The Team: 

The Corporate IT team is responsible for physical infrastructure and most enterprise applications.  We provide the equipment to every stakeholder to allow for their success at Clear Street. The team is a multidisciplinary group of technology specialists. 

As an IT Administrative Coordinator on the Corporate IT team, you will be charged with helping administer recurring processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the team and the broader organization. 

The ideal candidate will be incredibly detail oriented and organized.  While this is an operational role in nature, the candidate should expect the role to expand as with any startup.  The candidate should have an interest in technology, finance and business broadly.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of software and hardware
  • Reconcile invoices to purchase orders to ensure proper commercials are being applied and allocated to the correct business units
  • Track asset (hardware and software) usage and disposal processes when ensure adherence to internal security and regulation policies
  • Managing request, reporting and maintenance from various market data providers
  • Conduct IT evidence collection in support of audits
  • Remediate recurring operations on IT systems 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of administrative or technical experience
  • You are an organizational savant
  • You are able to independently manage and prioritize workload and projects
  • You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are empathetic, humble, and possess a strong focus on customer service

 

Bonus Points:

  • Technical degree or fellowship
  • Experience with Market Data
  • Experience with IT procurement and license management
  • Experience with IT asset management systems
  • Experience with IT administration or project management experience

The Base Salary Range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.
