Germantown, WI (LLC Support) - ManagementESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide centralized point of contact for account set ups for new jobs, cylinder pickups and account closures, order placement and other centralized needs.
Coordinate new account set ups with SA Data Integrity. Advise customer of account number and servicing branch contact information.
Research and identify the correct servicing branch and confirm availability of products.
Enter orders and coordinate deliveries with branches. Verify and confirm requested delivery date and communicate any changes to customer.
Enter cylinder pick up orders and coordinate pickups with branches.
Validate zero cylinder balance and initiate job closures.
Initiate cylinder audits when necessary.
Serve as liaison between customers and branches by forwarding orders and expedites on behalf of customers requiring a single point of contact.
Meet all call coaching expectations.
Demonstrate a strong ability to identify, analyze and creatively solve customer concerns while creating opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
Interact with external and internal customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, Maintains a positive, enthusiastic approach at all times.
Manage, organize and prioritize workload to maximize completion of daily responsibilities.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2 years customer service/sales experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under time constraints
Motivated, proactive individual who can work both independently and within a team
Knowledge of safety, gas, and welding products
SAP knowledge
