Position Summary

The PMO plays a critical role in the administration and operation of the FIT4 Program. This position is responsible for supporting the Global PMO for all back-office functions of the project, ensuring high efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. The PMO collaborates with cross functional teams, stakeholders & leadership to ensure project aligns with business goals & deliver value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for project resources, including system access, documentation, tool setup, trouble shooting and coordination with IT to ensure seamless transitions.

  • Maintain resource governance and tracking, including allocation updates, capacity tracking, and ensuring role clarity across workstreams.

  • Support global PMO operations, including preparation of status reports, milestone tracking, Risk Management, and dashboard updates.

  • Coordinate with global stakeholders across regions to ensure timely communication, meeting scheduling, action tracking, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure documentation discipline and compliance, maintaining project repositories, templates, trackers, and adherence to PMO standards and governance frameworks.

  • Bachelors/Masters degree
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PMO
  • Knowledge of JIRA is good to have
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to network with others in a global matrix organization and to promote best practice
  • Good stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
