The position will work closely with Head of Sales and Marketing, Vision Care Vietnam. This position will drive innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that elevate ZEISS Vision Care's digital presence and customer engagement. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact across digital channels.

Strategy & Campaign Management

·        Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with ZEISS Vision Care's business objectives and brand positioning

·        Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid media, email, social, display) to drive awareness, leads, and conversions

·        Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI

Content & Channel Ownership

·        Oversee digital content creation in collaboration with creative teams, ensuring consistency with ZEISS brand guidelines

·        Manage and optimize owned digital properties (website, landing pages, email marketing platforms)

·        Drive social media strategy and community engagement across relevant platforms

·        Planning and handling Digital Campaign collaboration with customers

Analytics & Performance

·        Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and deliver regular reporting to stakeholders

·        Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

·        Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance customer journeys

 

Webinar Operations & Support

·        Platform Management: Set up and manage webinar platforms (Zoom Video Webinars/ MS Teams).

·        Technical Production: Managing audio/video quality, launching polls, and handling Q&A sessions.

·        Content Collaboration: Support speakers with slide formatting, rehearsal coordination, and script timing.

·        Post-Webinar Execution: Manage webinar recordings and distribute follow-up materials/surveys to attendees.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

·        Partner with product marketing, sales, and global marketing teams to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies

·        Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets and media placements

·        Support regional teams with the best digital practices and campaign localization

·        Support design and produce eye-catching POS materials (standees, tent cards, posters) to enhance in-store customer engagement.

 

Innovation & Trends

·        Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitive landscape in the optical/vision care industry

·        Identify and pilot new technologies (e.g., AI-driven personalization, programmatic advertising) to enhance marketing effectiveness

 

Education / Professional Certification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Preferably from the medical/optical /FMCG industry

Experience

2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B2C environments

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Able to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations

Analytical Ability: Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Good commercial sense and business acumen
