About the Role
The Director, Product Management, Shadow Health leads the product team and drives the strategy for innovative, AI-enabled clinical learning solutions. This role is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, advancing AI capabilities, and delivering measurable learning outcomes while building and developing a high-performing product management team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Shadow Health solutions, with a focus on AI-enabled clinical simulation, precision learning, and measurable learner outcomes.

  • Define and advance the AI strategy, including data loops, evaluation frameworks, and build, buy, or partner decisions that create durable product differentiation.

  • Use customer insight, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to prioritize opportunities and guide product decisions.

  • Partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to deliver products, launches, positioning, pricing, and adoption plans.

  • Establish product KPIs and evaluate success across learning outcomes, AI quality, customer adoption, revenue impact, and business performance.

  • Communicate product vision and AI strategy clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including academic and executive audiences.

  • Recruit, manage, coach, and develop a high-performing product management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Have at least 10 years product management experience

  • Have prior experience managing successful product suites that met growth commitments.

  • Be able to translate complex AI and data strategy clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Have shipped AI-enabled products where AI was central to measurable outcomes, including ownership of data and evaluation strategy.

  • Have ability to communicate direction, purpose, and how work connects to broader organizational goals

  • Demonstrate success hiring, leading and developing product management talent.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
