Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI and strong documentation capabilities. They will also be responsible for creating training guides, demonstrating project management skills, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Power BI to enhance efficiency by streamlining and automating project workflows.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting.
• Create and update comprehensive documentation, including training guides and technical manuals.
• Manage and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide support to end-users.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience in creating and delivering training guides and materials.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
