S 3D CAD Coordinator

KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a S 3D CAD Coordinator to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia.  This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas.  The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government.

The S 3D CAD Coordinator will be responsible for overall S 3D CAD software management for the Abadi Project.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and issue the project S 3D CAD Execution Plan

• Support Company Project Systems Integration Map and configure all CAD systems per project specifications reports

• Responsible for HEXAGON S 3D GWS (Global Work Share) System execution requirements:

• • Set up and monitor scheduled updates between locations ­

  • Coordinate distribution of databases between locations

• Model review preparations

• Multi discipline coordination activities for S 3D CAD Admin support

• • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and support for S 3D project data

  • Schedule administrative tasks

  • Perform data integrity checks

  • Run the interference detection process (clash checks)

  • Produce reports

  • Perform database maintenance

  • Perform project backup and restore

  • Ensure data consistency

  • Trouble shooting of S 3D issues and resolving errors

  •  S 3D Database maintenance and administration activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field

• 5 -10 years of directly related experience

• Experience supporting Oil & Gas, LNG projects

• Hands on involvement with but not limited to

• • HEXAGON S 3D Global, S 3D Administration,

  • New S 3D project setup and customization and configuration to suit Project requirements

  • Multi Discipline Support administration (MDS)

  • Catalogue and Specification

  • Draft Administration settings (representations, styles, hatching libraries, backing sheets, symbol libraries, etc.)

  • Isometric Administration settings (Underlay, Isometric option files, etc.)
