Marketing Executive – B2B

Pattern is a leading global ecommerce accelerator headquartered in the Silicon Slopes tech hub in Utah, and one of the fastest growing businesses in the USA. Valued at $2 billion, the business raised $225m in Series B funding in 2021 to allow us to continue to expand, working with brands such as Nestle, Pandora, North Face and Wahl. We’re seeking someone that has ambitions to grow as great as our own to keep the momentum going.

This role sits in our EMEA marketing team based in London and has responsibility for developing and delivering marketing plans to help grow awareness and pipeline across EMEA. You will focus on generating awareness and sales leads with an ABM-led marketing strategy, to position the business as an expert in international ecommerce consultancy.

Your job will be to identify and engage prospective brands across Europe and MENA, in addition to supporting wider global marketing initiatives. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong creative and analytical skills and commercial awareness.

What is a day in the life of a Marketing Executive?

You will support the Head of Marketing, EMEA, with responsibilities including:

  • Support the delivery of regional marketing plans and the delivery of the global marketing plan for Pattern.

  • To improve the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database.

  • Produce marketing content and campaigns that generate inbound enquiries and

  • ultimately new business for Pattern.

  • Use a data-led ABM approach to help gain cut through with exclusive accounts for us to partner with

  • Develop expertise in the subject matter / topics that will resonate with our key

  • Support paid and organic social media campaigns.

  • Report on the outcomes of our marketing activity using our marketing automation tools.

  • creation of pitch documents, proposals and other collateral used in the sales process
