We are now looking for a Security Solutions Architect to join our team! The Security Architect creates security solution architectures for systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices. The role oversees the delivery of the security solution and supports it through the relevant governance.

Job description

As Security Solutions Architect, you will join the dentsu Security Architecture and Engineering team. Your focus will be to ensure that security is maintained and enhanced across dentsu. You will support security and business delivery teams to build robust, secure solutions across a wide range of technologies. You will work with these delivery teams to embed a culture that builds solutions that not only meet the business requirements but proactively identifies, analyses and manages the security risks. As part of the Security Architecture and Engineering team, you will support the business to mature through creation, adoption and reuse of standards or patterns.

Key role responsibilities

• Collaborate to design and develop secure solutions that balance risk and business benefit to enable growth
• Document designs and support solution delivery
• Champion Secure by design mindset and reuse of standardised solutions.
• Continuously review the design and effectiveness of security controls and support a program of continuous improvement
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise for key project deliveries, problem resolution and risk management
• Educate, mentor and support all areas of dentsu to understand the changing security threat landscape and how to enable the business in a secure manner
• Support and grow the maturity of security and architecture through partnerships on dentsu key deliverables

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with the ability to build and grow relationships with business and technical stakeholders to advance security goals
• Creative problem solver with the ability to analyse problems from multiple perspectives, enable all stakeholders’ views to be understood and deliver consensus-based outcomes
• Demonstrable range of security skills and experience including one or more of the following: Secure Design and Coding, IAM, Network Security, Security Operations, governance and risk
• Experience with Cloud or DevOps practices
• Experience with application development or engineering
• CISSP or equivalent security certification or experience
