The role: As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our clients' workplace environments. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you'll contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate services.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee daily operations of facility maintenance and repairs

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

  • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

  • Respond to facility-related issues and requests from employees

  • Assist in budget planning and cost control for facility operations

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and expenses

Who we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or related field

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
