Gestisce le apparecchiature o le aree a lui assegnate dell'impianto. Esegue e segnala le attività correlate alle operazioni in base all'elenco delle attività nel dashboard delle operazioni (OPD). Utilizza il tempo a sua discrezione per consentire risultati sostenibili in termini di prestazioni per l’impianto. Utilizza la conoscenza e l'esperienza operativa, per far funzionare l'impianto in modo proattivo, in modo sicuro, affidabile e ottimale. Collabora con i membri del team di turno per anticipare e risolvere in modo efficiente eventi non pianificati nell'ambito delle capacità del team di turno e scala efficacemente i problemi che non possono essere risolti ai ruoli di supporto appropriati. Può fornire formazione agli operatori meno esperti. Richiede competenze tecniche di base consolidate per eseguire una serie di attività lavorative di routine utilizzando processi e metodi esistenti.

Responsabilitá

• Segue le politiche, i principi, le procedure, gli standard e le pratiche della disciplina operativa per garantire un funzionamento sicuro, affidabile ed efficiente delle aree dell'impianto assegnate.

• Gestisce e verifica sul campo le apparecchiature di processo.

• Esegue attività operative pianificate e relative alle attività che si verificano a seguito della risoluzione di eventi non pianificati.

• Conduce un efficace passaggio di consegne, come definito nella disciplina operativa, per garantire una comunicazione efficace e il trasferimento delle informazioni per il turno in arrivo.

• Completa gli obiettivi di formazione in modo tempestivo.

• Svolge attività di risposta immediata, come assegnato.

• Tiene traccia e utilizza le metriche chiave (KPI) dell'impianto durante il turno applicabili al proprio ruolo per ottimizzare le operazioni e identificare opportunità di miglioramento.

Requisiti

• Diploma di scuola superiore in chimica o settore correlato.

Competenze preferenziali

• La patente di guida per carrelli elevatori rappresenterà un valore aggiunto.
