As a Vendor Specialist, you will be part of the Tallinn Business Service Center team, focusing on vendor growth in the Nordic, Baltic region. You will provide support via email and telephone to our customers and suppliers, using your initiative to drive business growth. Your daily work consists of three pillars – business development, procurement, and learning about vendor products.

Day-to-day:

• Provide high-level support to our customers and vendors.
• Develop and execute business plans with appointed vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactively seek sales opportunities and ensure sales targets are met.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage your backlog.
• Learn about vendor products and services and present new technologies and solutions to our customers.
• Create vendor documentation.
