Our Customer Policy and Strategy team is looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join their dynamic and inclusive team. In this role, you will be accountable for the submission and tracking of requests for service from contract rate customers, and work closely with teams across the company from initial request to project completion.

Oversight of contract rate customer requests from initiation to completion as handled through the Customer Connections Worksuite (CCWS) system.
Act as liaison for Engineering/Operations groups, Finance, and Sales throughout the cost estimation and construction process.
Primary contact for questions related to the contract customer attachment process.
Identify enhancements to CCWS system and manage associated TIS process for resolution.
Address process issues to adhere to workbook timelines.
Implement enhancements to enable efficiency and improve data integrity.
Lead monthly meetings for each region to facilitate transparency on project developments and ensure timely completions.
Carry out training for system users as needed.
Participate in customer meetings as required.
Related university degree and 4+ years of work experience. An equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience can also be considered.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to implement process changes.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience with the contract customer attachment process is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience with any Power BI, Maximo, and/or SAP is preferred.
This position typically operates in an office work environment with occasional travel within Ontario.
