As the lead of EROAD’s recruitment, you’ll manage the end-to-end hiring experience for our candidates across New Zealand, Australia and the US. You'll be our go-to expert, seamlessly navigating through our process, working together in close partnership with our people leaders and suppliers.

About yourself:  

If you've got at least 3-5 years of end-to-end internal recruitment experience, especially in the tech industry, we're looking for you!  

  • You’ll be leading the full recruitment cycle from start to finish, which means we’re looking for both great customer service and close attention to detail, diligence, and follow-through. 
  • Ideally you’ll have experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including senior level recruiting and globally dispersed teams. 
  • You’ll pick things up quickly if you’ve had experience using multiple ATSs, and if you’ve got Workday under your belt, even better.  
  • You’ll have navigated complex organisations with both professionalism and pace. Being able to prioritise like a pro and influence stakeholders is key.  
  • We need someone who can go beyond the usual “post and pray” approach. Proactive sourcing and creating break-through sourcing strategies will set you apart.
