What's the role about?

Reporting to the Account Director, the Account and Sales Support Manager will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and collaborating with the retail management team on sales initiatives and projects. This includes supporting the successful delivery of new products and services across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, the role will see you:

  • Develop, maintain, and strengthen value-added client relationships.
  • Support in-store execution and implementation of new products and services with the Strategic Retail Partner.
  • Drive post-launch activities and initiatives with the Strategic Retail Partner to enhance sales performance.
  • Identify problems and recommend strategies to enhance the client’s product offering, portfolio performance, and overall customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative services, growth opportunities and actionable plans that deliver strong, measurable results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that boost product awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in developing collateral, campaign briefs, training resources, and promotional materials aligned with client objectives and brand standards.
  • Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities to strengthen client partnerships and enhance market presence.
  • Act as an escalation point for the Account Management team, coordinating with internal stakeholders to achieve resolutions.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support, client/account management, or a similar role - ideally within a highly regulated or complex environment.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with management and key stakeholders.
  • A successful track record of delivering customer or operational change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience translating business ideas into tangible concepts, presentations, or materials for client meetings, workshops, or conferences.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and change management capability.
  • A proactive self‑starter who is motivated by achieving excellent results and continuous improvement.
