​​About the Role:

As a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and maintaining productivity and quality standards within the warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the receipt and storage of raw and packaging materials, ensuring accuracy against invoices and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP). You will record essential information in stock registers, implement a First Expiry First Out (FEFO) system, and dispense materials according to Batch Manufacturing Records. Additionally, you will oversee the receipt and dispatch of finished products, monitor storage conditions, and perform regular cleaning and calibration of instruments. Adherence to company policies and cGMP standards is essential for effective warehouse operations. You will report to the Operations Manager and this role will be based in Los Alamitos California.

You Will:

  • Handling receipt and storage of materials such as raw materials, primary and packaging materials, and other materials.
  • Checking materials against the invoice for the correctness of material name, quantity, and physical condition upon receipt.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is correctly and fully recorded in the appropriate stock register as per SOP about batch number, expiry date, date of receipt or delivery, stock balance (incoming/outgoing), receipt and delivery document reference numbers
  • Store the material in a designated place with appropriate identification and segregation between different materials
  • Check the information on approved raw material/packaging material as per the Batch Manufacturing Record. To dispense the raw material/packaging material as per the Batch Manufacturing Record and record the issuance information in the Production Batch Record and relevant logbooks
  • Issuance of materials per request from cross-functional departments
  • Ensure FEFO (First Expiry First Out) on all material withdrawal
  • Check the expiry and retest date of all material before dispensing
  • Keeping stock of raw materials, primary and packaging materials, and other materials
  • Receipt of returned and rejected goods and store at designated place
  • Receipt and storage of finished products at the designated place
  • Dispatch of finished goods as per dispatch plan and making entries in batch record and relevant logbooks
  • Monitoring temperature and relative humidity (where applicable) for storage areas
  • Cleaning and sanitization of the warehouse as per SOP and maintaining relevant logbooks as per SOP
  • Perform calibration of weighing balances and other instruments as per SOP
  • Perform Cycle counts of raw materials, components, and consumables.
  • Disposal of expired, rejected, and damaged goods as per relevant SOP
  • Follow company policies, cGMP’s, and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • GED or high school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in anyone, or a combination of the following: Distribution, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Logistics, Material Handling, Customer Service, Inventory Control, or other comparable service line
  • 2+ years of proficient experience on various forklift equipment. (Reach Truck, Seated Forklift)
  • Forklift certification
  • Physical ability to execute tasks including, but not limited to: lifting up to 50lbs, stooping, bending, standing, and walking, throughout the day
  • Expertise in maneuvering through very tight spaces
  • Strong background in warehouse operations in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably injectable manufacturing facility
  • Good knowledge of regulatory guidance and standard operating procedures related to warehouses

 

 

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated hourly range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.

$25$30 USD
