Job Description:

The Marketing Campaign Manager translates defined marketing strategy into action by designing and delivering impactful marketing programs across Offerings, Partnerships and Industries. This role is focused on execution, driving measurable ROI through customer-relevant, multi-channel campaigns.  The Campaign Manager ensures campaigns are designed and delivered with precision and optimized for business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, orchestrate, and execute end-to-end demand generation marketing campaigns across all channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Marketing and Communications leadership as well as business and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.

  • Drive measurable campaign ROI through lead generation, conversions, and revenue contribution.

  • Use Data and Insights team to track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, attendance, engagement, database health) to optimize marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, budgets and stakeholder communication.

  • Test, learn, and continuously improve campaign approaches.

  • Maintain campaign portfolios, dashboards, briefs, and performance reports.

  • Partner with sales enablement to ensure generated leads move from marketing into sales successfully.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and campaings

  • Experience in marketing with a strong focus on campaign execution; preferably in the technology services sector.

  • Background in marketing management, coordination, or digital marketing roles.

  • Proven portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results.

  • Strong working knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms (automation, CRM, analytics).

  • Project management certification or digital marketing certifications preferred.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience communicating and presenting to various levels across the organization.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $95,900 - $178,100.
