We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Intern to support our Continuous Improvement and Industrial Systems initiatives. This internship is ideal for students with strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership experience, and a desire to explore a future career in the Oklahoma City area. The intern will work primarily in the Production department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency. The dates of the internship will be May 19, 2025, thru August 8, 2025. The intern will be paired with a dedicated mentor for guidance and professional growth. Regular one-on-one coaching sessions will provide ongoing support, feedback, and educational opportunities. Projects will include tangible metrics and goals designed to yield measurable results, enhancing the intern’s learning experience.
