What You Will Do
The Sr. Account Executives are the ambassadors of the Gorilla Logic brand. They are taskedwith the health and growth of our business through prospecting, closing net newbusiness and identifying growth opportunities within our current client partnerships. This position is a key role that will focus on working with your team to drive new revenue in alignment with Gorilla Logic’s unique culture and values. This role will be responsible for both driving sales with new prospective clients and  managing contracts and net new business with existing clients.

Responsibilities
* Add new clients to your portfolio, with a focus on mutually beneficial, long-term relationships that establish Gorilla Logic as a trusted technology partner.
* Serve existing clients by acting as the main point of contact for all business related concerns.
* Build and execute strong enterprise account plans within your base of assigned accounts.
* Foster a close working relationship with the Gorilla Logic Marketing team to support our joint commitment to improve our lead quality, ABM strategy, and marketing collateral.
* Partner with Technical Solutions teams to scope engagements and deliver compelling proposals that are aligned with our defined ideal client profile.
* Partner with Delivery Managers in each account to help ensure strong client relationships andprove tangible business value.

Requirements
* 5+ years experience
* Has a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a large enterprise sales environment that involves multiple products and stakeholders.
* Ability to read, understand, and negotiate complex agreements. (e.g. Master Service Agreementsand Statements of Work)
* Demonstrate a strong process to discover the client’s objectives and align our services for a win-win outcome.
* Experience successfully responding to Requests for Proposal from large enterprise customers
* Show indomitable spirit with a focus on exceeding expectations and winning with integrity.
* Willing to mentor and share best practices with other members of the sales organization.
* Demonstrate an enthusiasm for life long learning and curiosity about solving complex problems
* Strong verbal, written, and communication skills. Ability to do formal presentations when required.
* Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
* Knowledge of current market trends, sales methodologies, and negotiating principles.
* Must be committed to documenting client interactions, pipeline development, and opportunity management in the company’s CRM system.
* Ability to travel up to 10%, with most trips to client sites and Gorilla Logic development centers in Costa Rica and Colombia.


Bonus Skills
* Has a successful track record in contract negotiations with various stakeholders
* Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM
* Technical delivery or software engineering background
