Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Entwicklung kleinerer Anwendungen, Skripte oder Tools (z. B. in JavaScript), die unseren Arbeitsalltag erleichtern

• Unterstützung bei der Auswertung und Visualisierung von Daten aus chromatographischen oder anderen proteinbiochemischen Methoden

• Anpassung bestehender Programme, Automatisierung manueller Schritte und Einbringung eigener Ideen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler

Das ist uns wichtig

• Student (m/w/d) in Bioinformatik, Biotechnologie, Informatik oder etwas Ähnlichem

• Programmierkenntnisse – egal ob Java, Python, R, MATLAB oder ein anderes nützliches Tool

• Interesse an Proteinbiochemie – Vorkenntnisse helfen, sind aber kein Muss

• Freude daran, Probleme kreativ zu lösen und Neues zu lernen
