What your day-to-day will look like

  • Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of the Payroll Budget process;

  • Support the definition of assumptions, methodologies, and budget and forecast cycles;

  • Develop and maintain payroll financial models and controls;

  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices;

  • Partner closely with People, Finance, and Payroll teams;

  • Support monthly payroll tracking and variance analysis;

  • Participate in the implementation of governance routines and checkpoints;

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Expected profile

  • Experience with Payroll Budget, payroll planning, or People Financial Planning;

  • Background in process structuring or process improvement;

  • Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets;

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;

  • Clear communication and strong collaboration with Finance-related stakeholders;

  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

 

Bonus points if you have:

 

 

  • Experience in technology companies or fast-growing environments;

  • Exposure to international or multi-country payroll.
