Who you are:

As a Retail Loan Documentation Coordinator, you are our loan experience champion. You’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing all retail loan documents in an accurate and timely manner. You’ll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to ensure documentation is in compliance with internal policies and Federal Regulations. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist personnel bankers, telephone bankers and others regarding products and fees
  • Responsible for monitoring workflow to insure that times are met for loan closings
  • Maintains a level of expertise in all loan documentation and procedures
  • Train new personnel and perform tasks necessary to complete or resolve issues
  • Perform loan documentation functions as needed
  • Serve as a resource for staff members in area
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual
  • Background in customer service
