How will this role have an impact?

This role will report to our Clinician Support Supervisor.

The Clinician Support Coordinator will work with a team to supply support to clinicians working in various states over the phone and via email.  The Support Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications regarding a variety of topics including but not limited to daily schedule changes, clinician pay, technical troubleshooting, general Signify Health policy and procedural information.

What will you do?

  • Telephone clinicians and members with cancellations or changes to existing schedules

  • Assist clinicians with additional directions and answer questions as needed

  • Work in multiple systems at the same time

  • Available to answer all calls assuring a 5% or less missed call rate

  • Generate and close Salesforce tickets for all requests

  • Maintain the team’s queue to ensure all tickets are addressed

  • Submit and assign Salesforce tickets to the proper external departments, when further assistance is needed for an issue

  • Scheduled weekend on a rotating basis

  • Adherence for required onsite attendance days (Dallas)

  • Provide great customer service both verbally and written

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2 year of successful work experience with the organization is preferred

  • 6 months call center experience

  • Experience with MS Office, Five9, and Google Office products

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
