- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to apply agile development practices effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system performance.
- Experience in integrating software components across multiple systems to achieve seamless functionality.
- Capability to optimize software for scalability and high performance in diverse business contexts.
