Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as planned. You will also oversee training and pilot programs to ensure a smooth transition during the deployment process. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Finance, Own E2E project delivery. 2. Deep business process functional expertise. Developing E2E business process flow documentation based on discussion with business and requirement analysis. 3. To be able to lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects in Onshore / Offshore model efficiently and effectively. 4. Able to handle cross functional team’s communication / co-ordination. 5. Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO including S/4 HANA Finance / good to have Central Finance. 6. Good business process acumen, Analytical and Problem-solving skills 7. Team Leading and good co-ordination skill with cross functional team in Onsite/Offshore delivery model. 8. Good Soft communication and presentation skills Professional & Technical Skills: 1 Minimum 4 E2E implementation projects exp in S/4HANA Accounting and good Finance functional expertise with 10-12 years of functional experience. 2. Should have Hands on experience in E2E Finance business processes, preparing Scope document, Business process analysis and study, Requirement analysis, Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Conf Guide and User Manual 3. To be able to identify and deliver possible process optimization and automation. 4. SAP S/4 HANA certified will be an added advantage. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
