What you will do:

As an Executive Director, Sales for the AMERICAS (USA, Canada, and Latin America), you’ll oversee a 100+ person sales team, driving profitable growth in our Fire Suppression Products division. Reporting to the Global VP of Sales, you’ll coordinate with sales, customer service, finance, product management, marketing, and R&D to expand our presence and achieve revenue goals in the AMERICAS region.

*** This role is remote within the U.S. with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones.***

How you will do it:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet regional revenue and profit targets. Manage and grow sales through existing and new channels (contractors & resellers).

  • Build a high-performing, results-driven team, fostering a performance-based culture. Implement coaching, development, and training programs for ongoing improvement.

  • Lead account planning and management initiatives to grow share in priority markets.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor activity, pipeline health, and conversions. Align sales activities to maximize impact and returns.

  • Evolve priority markets through our Maturity Model, enhancing strategic planning, sales, and post-sales capabilities.

  • Work with pricing, product, and channel teams on product launches and pricing strategies. Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Operations to adjust for market success.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

  • 12+ years in global sales and marketing, including 5+ years leading teams.

  • Proven experience in strategy implementation and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed environment.

  • Strong leadership, team-building, and relationship management skills.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and navigate complex stakeholder groups.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (initially 50-75%).

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $176,300 - $235,300 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account secured volume, secured margin, and other sales metrics.  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
