Air Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Chicago who thrives on winning new accounts, delivering results, and building productive relationships with clients. Primary responsibilities include new customer acquisition, meeting or exceeding assigned revenue & profit targets, and completing new account initiation in a timely & detailed manner.

Skills:

• Strong selling, influencing, persuading, and closing skills

• Highly competitive and intrinsically motivated

• Comfortable conducting face-to-face cold calls with businesses within the local territory daily

• Critical thinking and analytical reasoning

• Ability to manage a sales pipeline of 50+ prospects

• Well-adapted professional habits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Ability to work independently, with excellent listening skills, making sales calls in a fast-paced environment

• Strong desire to be in outside sales

• Ability to overcome objectives and retain a positive attitude

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and your own vehicle

The expected pay range is $64,350 - $108,295 plus bonus. This is the range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position as individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
