Our department is looking for a VIE Logistic Projects Support, focused on logistic processes for 12 months with the chance to extend to 24 months.

Your challenges?

• You are in charge of set-up/programming of an easy-to-use packaging database: to administrate empty customer and supplier trays, to control material received and material sent out…(projects)

• You work on layout optimizations for better material flow inside the plant (projects)

• You participate and support in weekly SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning)

• You prepare forecasts / disposition of material

• You monitor backlog / late supplier deliveries ("early warning system")

 Let’s talk about you…

• You have engineering degree or relevant Bachelor degree in Logistics.

• • You have a first experience in the relevant field (internships, work-study).

• • You have B2 and higher in English and minimum B1 – in German.

• • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, basics In SAP and are a fast-learner.

• • You are well-organized and are good at time management

• • You have never worked in Germany (Business France criteria)

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
