A Day in the Life


As an Intern, you will assist in expanding our Ear, Nose, and Throat business by supporting market research and promotional activities across private and public clinics, as well as assisting with the daily duties of the Sales Team. You will also help organize marketing materials and events that strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in coordinating demonstrations, device installations, and workshops.
 

Internship details:
•    Start date: January
•    Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend for another 6 months)
•    Working hours: 20 hours per week 
•    Working model: hybrid – primarily home office, with occasional in-field activities
•    Location: Warsaw 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Analyzing market specifics in the fields of Ear, Nose, and Throat, as well as Robotics
•    Supporting marketing activities (workshops, congresses and customer training events)
•    Assisting with product promotion among private and public clinics (including communication with hospitals regarding planned demonstration activities)
•    Gathering sales data and updating database (opportunity to learn about inventory management, product returns or field actions)
•    Preparing promotional materials, and participating in conferences and promotional events for doctors
 
Required Knowledge: 
•    Pursuing a degree in higher education (you must be a student during the entire internship duration)
•    Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
•    Interested in the medical field
•    Strong analytical skills
 
Would be a plus: 
•    Degree in economics, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related field
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Eagerness to learn and develop
