Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

As a member of the Europe and Africa Client Solutions Team, you will have a chance to provide high quality support by giving a guidance in regards to our products and policies as well as administrative support to our internal and external clients. We will count on you to:
Advise on Mercer products and services across Europe and Africa
Prepare calculations
Prepare membership contracts and addenda
Respond to day-to-day internal client queries and basic content related questions
Provide sales support to consultants
Liaise with internal teams, e.g. Product Owners
What you need to have:
1+ years of experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration
Very good spoken and written English is a must
Good knowledge of MS Office
Attention to details and analytical mind-set
