Job Title:  AI Applied Researcher (2 roles)

Management Level: 8

Must have skills: GenAI/NLP/LLM (transformers, embeddings, context engineering, fine-tuning, small language models); python programming; applied research & quick prototyping; AI soution design; innovation & IP generation; scientific communication & academic engagement

Experience Proven experience- PhD; 4+ years in applied research

Educational Qualification:, strong problem-solving and communication skills, domain expertise in either healthcare or financial services is preferred.

You May Also Need: agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel); cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP);

Job Summary:

In your role you will be expected to:

Frame business problems and identify value from AI; incubate and prototype new ideas and concepts that are expected to have a significant strategic near-term impact on our clients’ businesses; have a good understanding of the potential utility, limitations and challenges of a wide range of GenAI/NLP/LLM techniques and keep abreast of new developments in academic research and industry applications; steer and shape the development of the Innovation pipeline around GenAI/NLP/LLM  (both in terms of new technologies and in terms of business applications); learn new skills and nurture new capabilities in your project teams to take advantage of emerging GenAI/NLP/LLM technologies & their application; contribute to intellectual property creation and thought leadership by generating patentable ideas, publishing high-quality technical or scientific papers, and representing the organization in external research communities, conferences, and consortia.
