1.     Logistic task:

·       Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments to and from Indonesia.

·       Manage shipment scheduling, documentation flow, and delivery timelines.

·       Act as the primary point of contact between overseas suppliers and local stakeholders.

·       Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate delays, risks, or exceptions.

·       Support Incoterms® interpretation and execution as agreed with customers & suppliers.

·       Arrange international and domestic transportation (air, sea, land, multimodal as required).

·       Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service level and compliance.

·       Oversee cargo insurance coordination (if applicable).

·       Prepare, review, and submit all import and export documentation required.

·       Coordinate and work with appointed Broker on customs clearance for shipments. Eg. payment approval of import duties and taxes, documentation & etc.

·       Liaise and coordinate with customs authorities and other government agencies, if any.

·       Support customs inspections, audits, and post-clearance activities.

·       Follow-up for POD (proof of delivery) eg. signed DN, BOL as supporting for invoicing to customers

2.     Trade Compliance:

 ·       Support internal and external trade compliance audits as required.

·       Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian trade regulations, including:

- Import/export licensing and permits

- HS code classification and tariff determination (work with XYL appointed Broker/Forwarder)

-  Customs valuation and duty/tax calculation

-  Non-tariff barriers (NTBs), SNI, Lartas, and special restrictions

-  Monitor regulatory changes and advise on potential impacts to shipments or supply chain operations.

- Maintain accurate records in accordance with Indonesian customs record-keeping requirements.

3.     Additional Tasks:

Perform other duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
