Responsibilities:
To render full operational support to various business units especially the growing of treasury markets for more complicated and structured products.
To exercise due control over treasury transactions being concluded within the limit stipulated.
To assist Financial Control &/or Global Markets in performing daily reconciliation for treasury activities covering position, profit & loss and mark-to-market revaluation.
To coordinate with project team members in any system project and play an active role during implementation.
To review and improve the operational efficiency and update the operations manuals on a timely basis where applicable.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in finance, business or a related discipline
Preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial industry
Solid knowledge in general banking and accounting
Capability in problem solving, reasoning and analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer knowledge
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
