Job Summary
EEG Technician Level I performs all routine and special electrodiagnostic procedures as ordered by the provider. Is familiar and experienced with all equipment and procedures in the department. An EEG Technician Level I serves neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics with regards to age specific/cultural diversified needs.Monument Health offers competitive wages and benefits on qualifying positions. Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies
Certification - within 3-months of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)
Certification - within 3-years of hire, dependent on ABRET pathway: Electroencephalography (EEG) Technician Registered - American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET)
Preferred:
Experience - 1+ years of EKG/EEG/ECG Experience
Education - Diploma/ Degree in Neurodiagnostics
