About the Role & Team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Studios Marketing team in Ireland as Publicity & Promotions Supervisor, Ireland. In this permanent role, you will support the development and delivery of local publicity and partnership campaigns across Studios and Disney+ content, helping to bring our stories, characters and brands to audiences across Ireland.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Studios Marketing, Ireland and the Senior Marketing Manager, DTC, Ireland, you will act as the primary local point of contact for publicity and partnerships activity in Ireland. You will coordinate with media, regional teams, agency partners and cross-company stakeholders to ensure campaign plans are aligned, collaborative and delivered with impact.

This role will be based in our Dublin office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement publicity and partnership campaigns for Studios and Disney+ content in Ireland, ensuring plans align with regional title and brand strategy.

  • Act as the primary local point of contact for publicity and partnership enquiries, managing day-to-day communications with media, regional teams, external partners and agency support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and cross-company stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and joined-up campaign delivery.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of local press screenings, premieres and industry events, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable impact.

  • Drive local content roll-out and media pitching activity, identifying opportunities to maximise coverage and audience engagement.

  • Ensure PR materials are localised accurately, delivered within required timeframes and made available to media outlets through distribution systems such as image.net and DMS.

  • Partner with the EMEA Studios Digital Marketing team to identify priority creators and influencers, developing relationships and supporting effective local activations.

  • Support the delivery of global and regional partnership campaigns in Ireland, working closely with the EMEA Partnerships team and external partners.

  • Brief and manage external PR agency support where applicable, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare local reporting, summaries and updates as required.

  • Support the guidance, motivation and development of local Studios and Disney+ interns.

  • Act as a local conduit for partnerships briefings, planning and execution, helping to ensure clear communication and alignment across an integrated structure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working in film, entertainment, creative communications, publicity or a related sector.

  • Strong understanding of publicity, partnerships, media relations and campaign delivery.

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across local, regional and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders, agencies and external partners to deliver activity on time and to a high standard.

  • Experience preparing campaign updates, reports or summaries.

  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in an integrated team structure.

  • A proactive, detail-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Theatrical experience and a passion for film and streaming content.

  • Experience working with creators, influencers or digital marketing teams.

  • Experience supporting press screenings, premieres, industry events or entertainment-led activations.

  • Experience working with PR distribution systems such as image.net, DMS or similar platforms.
