Great Hill Solutions is hiring an IT Support Services SME  in Falls Church, VA for an opportunity with the Defense Health Agecny. This position will support by providing guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management. This position involves supporting manpower planning, performance management, and other human capital-related activities within the DHA.

Responsibilities:

  • Support military personnel management activities.
  • Assist in civilian personnel management processes.
  • Contribute to manpower planning and workforce development.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning.
  • Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
  • Provide guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
  • Proficiency with business process development and improvement.
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance
