Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Operations Manager to lead our department in developing business and technology standards and best practices. This role is responsible for overseeing all network operations, integrating new network technologies, and ensuring high levels of performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining accountability for departmental results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business and technology standards and best practices for the department.
• Manage all aspects of network operations, including integration of new technologies such as wireless.
• Establish enterprise service levels for data and voice networking equipment and software applications.
• Oversee development of procedures and processes for enterprise network operations.
• Ensure capability to support new technologies and maintain network performance and reliability.
• Provide strategic direction and coaching to junior management staff.
• Report frequently to the Chief Information Officer or IT Chief Operating Officer.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
• Proven experience in data communications software and hardware, network administration, support, and maintenance.
• Senior-level management experience in network operations and management functions.
• Strong strategic direction skills and ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.
