Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead development projects within the Heart and Lung value stream at Xenios AG

  • Serve as the central contact and provide interdisciplinary project management leadership for project managers at Xenios AG

  • Manage a cross-functional team (CFT) and oversee sub-projects

  • Continuously improve project management infrastructure for the Heart and Lung value stream, including processes, methods, tools, and guidelines

  • Integrate team members from key functions into an effective cross-functional team

  • Coach and develop project managers to enhance their project management skills

  • Actively participate in decision-making within cross-functional teams and governance boards (e.g., LAT, Vertical Business Reviews)

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in medical technology, technical/scientific, or business-related field

  • 10-12 years of experience in program/project management within regulated environments, especially in medical device new product development

  • Demonstrated expertise in NPI (New Product Introduction), Design Controls, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in ISO and FDA-regulated environments

  • Experience managing New Product Introduction lifecycles encompassing physical hardware, disposables, and software components

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)

  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficient program/project delivery

  • Demonstrated success in managing expectations and leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

  • Project management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent)

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performance, cross-functional teams

  • Ability to convey complex content effectively

  • Skilled in negotiating product requirements and go-to-market strategies

  • Adaptable to changing environments and adept at refining strategies accordingly

  • Fluent in German, business proficient in English

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
