Lead development projects within the Heart and Lung value stream at Xenios AG
Serve as the central contact and provide interdisciplinary project management leadership for project managers at Xenios AG
Manage a cross-functional team (CFT) and oversee sub-projects
Continuously improve project management infrastructure for the Heart and Lung value stream, including processes, methods, tools, and guidelines
Integrate team members from key functions into an effective cross-functional team
Coach and develop project managers to enhance their project management skills
Actively participate in decision-making within cross-functional teams and governance boards (e.g., LAT, Vertical Business Reviews)
Completed studies in medical technology, technical/scientific, or business-related field
10-12 years of experience in program/project management within regulated environments, especially in medical device new product development
Demonstrated expertise in NPI (New Product Introduction), Design Controls, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in ISO and FDA-regulated environments
Experience managing New Product Introduction lifecycles encompassing physical hardware, disposables, and software components
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for efficient program/project delivery
Demonstrated success in managing expectations and leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Project management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent)
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performance, cross-functional teams
Ability to convey complex content effectively
Skilled in negotiating product requirements and go-to-market strategies
Adaptable to changing environments and adept at refining strategies accordingly
Fluent in German, business proficient in English
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
