About the Role:
As the Regional Head of CRM, you will be a pivotal member of our regional marketing team, leading a dynamic CRM function across 12 geographic markets. Your mission will be to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth through effective CRM strategies and execution. You will lead a team of high-performing professionals, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment across markets, product, and data teams to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic vision and operational execution. You should be a seasoned people manager, capable of inspiring and empowering your team, while also being hands-on and agile in driving CRM initiatives. With ambitious goals ahead, the ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills to navigate complex, multi-country environments and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
