The role:

Rose Rocket is moving beyond the traditional TMS. We are building a configurable OS for Freight designed for the modern era. We are looking for a RevOps Specialist who sees manual tasks as opportunities for innovation. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll be a builder of our revenue systems, using automation and AI to help our Sales, Marketing, and Success teams operate at their highest potential.

What you’ll do:

• Develop the Revenue System: Support in the design, execution, and maintenance of the end-to-end customer lifecycle in HubSpot. You will create the systems that track how customers move from discovery to high-value usage and long-term success.

• Implement AI-Native Workflows: We are an AI-forward company. You will identify and implement AI tools (LLMs, agents, data enrichment) to automate lead scoring, research, and internal reporting.

• Operationalize the Business Model: Manage the systems behind our pricing and quoting infrastructure to help our sales team move efficiently with accurate data.

• Insights over Information: Create dashboards that tell a story, identifying friction in the funnel and proposing data-backed solutions to improve conversion rates.

• System Integrity: Maintain a true "single source of truth" across our tech stack (HubSpot, Zapier, etc.), ensuring clean data and seamless integrations.

Who You Are

What you need to succeed:

• Experience: 2-4 years in SaaS Operations (Sales, Finance, or RevOps).

• CRM Expertise: Proficiency in HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce.

• Automation: Experience with Zapier, Make, N8N or similar platforms.

• AI Tools: Claude Code, LLM’s, Clay

• Data Savvy: Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with data visualization.

• Communication: Ability to translate technical workflows into actionable steps for any stakeholder.

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000–$110,000 CAD.

This range reflects the scope of the role, relevant experience, and opportunities for growth. Most new hires join between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with the upper end typically reserved for team members who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact over time.

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
