Job Description

  • Domain expertise & content authoring: Act as subject matter expert for assigned Digital Dexterity topics (e.g., Office 365 & Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform — Power Automate/Power BI, Miro, Smartsheet, AI tools/LLMs). Produce accurate, step-by-step guides, templates, checklists, sample automations and task-based tutorials for business users.

  • Prompt & AI artifacts: Create and maintain a library of validated prompts, example prompts, guardrails and short demonstration flows for everyday AI (including LLM prompting patterns, safety/ethics notes and practical use cases).

  • Hands-on learning experiences: Design and build practical labs, walkthroughs and sandboxes (tool templates, sample datasets, reproducible automations) that let learners practice real tasks and measure competence.

  • Translate SME → learning: Work with technical SMEs to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into clear learning content and performance support that non-technical audiences can adopt. Provide the technical backbone for IDs to design discovery-based learning modules.

  • Quality & governance: Ensure technical accuracy, compliance with Takeda policies (data privacy, security), and alignment with DD&T standards. Define safe usage guidance when content involves data access, scripts, automations or AI.

  • Collaboration with Instructional Designers: Partner closely with IDs to align learning outcomes, scope, and assessment approaches; hand off production-ready content, scenarios, job aids and acceptance criteria for Bloom modules.

  • Pilots & validation: Lead pilot runs for tool-specific labs and workshops, gather technical feedback, refine content, and provide recommendations for adoption and scaling.

  • Stakeholder engagement & enablement: Support field enablement by preparing champion packs, quick reference cards and facilitator notes intended for community leads, local L&D and business stakeholders.

  • Continuous improvement: Stay current on new features, releases and industry best practices for the tools in scope; surface content refresh needs and improvement opportunities.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Strong practical knowledge of productivity and collaboration platforms (Office 365/Teams/SharePoint), automation solutions (Power Automate, Power BI), collaborative apps (Miro, Smartsheet, Confluence or equivalents) and similar.

  • Familiarity with Large Language Models and everyday AI concepts — how LLMs work, prompt engineering fundamentals, limitations, privacy/ethics considerations, and practical applications.

  • Proven ability to author hands-on labs, step-by-step procedures, automation templates and reusable artifacts that non-technical users can follow.

  • Working knowledge of instructional design principles and experience collaborating with IDs; ability to package technical content into learner-friendly formats.

  • Experience creating sample data sets, templates or sandbox environments for practice scenarios.

  • Comfortable creating quick demo videos, annotated screenshots and short screencasts or working with vendors to produce them.

  • Good project management skills — able to prioritize multiple content streams, manage dependencies with SMEs and meet delivery timelines.

  • Excellent written and verbal English; ability to write succinct technical instructions and to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Behavioural Competencies

  • Strong learner and user-focused mindset — designs content for what people actually do instead of theoretical explorations.

  • Clear communicator who makes complex topics simple and actionable.

  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail and risk awareness (data handling, security).

  • Pragmatic problem solver — balances ideal learning design with real-world constraints.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Design, Education, Human Factors, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a role combining domain technical work and learning/enablement (examples: digital adoption specialist, learning technologist, product SME for enablement, or learning analyst).

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least two of the following sets: Office 365/Teams/SharePoint, Power Automate/Power BI, Miro/Smartsheet/other collaboration tools, or LLM/AI tooling.

  • Practical writing portfolio or samples of technical guides, labs, templates or job aids.

  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) — required.

Desirable

  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals, or equivalent tool certifications.

  • Experience creating prompt libraries / demonstrators for LLMs or practical AI use cases.

  • Prior experience in a global, matrixed organization or in life sciences / regulated environment.

  • Familiarity with Bloom/EdCast or common enterprise LXP/LMS platforms.
